Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries
1 cup (240 ml) Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
Toppings:
4 strawberries, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons 80% dark chocolate chunks
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
🧊 Instructions:
1. Mash the raspberries with a fork.
2. In a bowl, mix the mashed raspberries, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup/honey.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
4. Sprinkle sliced strawberries, chocolate chunks, and crushed pistachios on top.
5. Freeze for a few hours, or until completely set.
