  • ✅ Include lemon water, mint water, or infused water with fruits like cucumber and berries
  • ✅ Add buttermilk (lassi) or coconut water to your routine
  • ❌ Avoid sugary sodas, energy drinks, and caffeinated beverages—they can dehydrate you further

🍉 2. Eat Water-Rich Foods

Your food can also keep you hydrated! Include watery fruits and vegetables in your daily meals such as watermelon, cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Try making fresh salads and smoothies using these ingredients.
